But I was not satisfied. It has not been designed to be compatible with Windows 10 Apps in general. I can see it in the plug in folder. Launch the Windows Camera App, if it is not listed there, that further confirms the application's incompatibility. It should install with the new installation. I’ve gone so as to in install Wirecast and RE-Install, sams issue. My system: iMac, Catalina 10.15.3, WC 13.0.2, german language, Blackmagic Ultra Studio 4K. So I think the driver is not installed. Yes, it appeared to be uninstalled - but cannot confirm if there are any other artefacts that needed removal. Can you advise a process to do a clean uninstall of the virtual camera, and I will try to replicate the reinstall to see if it fails again. i tried to open wirecast in another sign in (user sign in) and running well. I have already uninstalled wirecast and reinstalled. Note the comment about other software that may interfere with access. Realistically, Telestream need to provide uninstall instructions.
